Operating Rules for Gas Purification Units
The Operating Rules for Gas Treatment Units (hereinafter referred to as the Rules) establish mandatory requirements for the protection of atmospheric air during the operation of gas treatment units (hereinafter referred to as gas treatment units, GTUs) by legal entities and individual entrepreneurs (hereinafter referred to as business entities).
These Rules do not apply to:
- GTUs from mobile sources;
- GTUs that are integral parts of process equipment and do not directly emit harmful (polluting) substances into the atmosphere;
- GTUs located inside production facilities and do not directly emit harmful (polluting) substances into the atmosphere.
These Rules do not apply to the operation of GTUs for the purification and/or neutralization of radioactive substances and/or microorganisms.
