ТУ 24.03.1539-89 Турбина паровая теплофикационная ТП-115/125-130 ТПSteam turbine cogeneration TP-115/125-130 TP. Technical specifications TU 24.03.1539-89

These specifications apply to the basic models of complete TP-115/125-130 TP steam cogeneration turbines with regulation and limited production steam extraction, designed to drive an electric generator with a rotor speed of 50 s-1 (3000 rpm) and to supply heat for heating and steam for production.

When coordinating the specifications with a specific customer, the turbine manufacturer is permitted, based on the customer’s requirements and its own proposals, to amend and supplement the specifications based on the operating conditions of the turbine unit at the power plant and aimed at improving its technical and economic performance. These amendments must not conflict with the provisions of these specifications.

The TP-115/125-130 TP turbine is designed to replace exhausted and dismantled turbines during the technical refurbishment and reconstruction of existing power plants, with the option of using the turbine halls of the existing main buildings. This is ensured by design and circuit solutions, including: A two-cylinder turbine design, corresponding condenser dimensions, and a simplified regeneration scheme.

To optimize the specific conditions of a power plant, the TP-115/125-130 TP turbine is available in three versions (TP-I5/125-130-1TP, TP-115/125-130-2TP, and TP-P5/125~130-ZTP), differing in the length of the last-stage blades, the number of LPC stages, the condenser surface cooling, the cooling water flow rate, and, consequently, the efficiency in various operating modes.

To replace 25-50 MW turbines with limited condensing power generation, it is advisable to use the TP-P5/125-130-1TP turbine with a last-stage blade length…
